By daytime, Boston-based Yelena is a quality engineer, but her true love is being a stylist and shopping assistant. Yelena Perchenok is a stylist and owner of Glamour On A Budget, and she is passionate about helping people feel happy and confident. Additionally, Yelena is a quality engineer although visual art has been her passion since she was a teenager. She finds great joy in being a stylist and shopping assistant.
