Springtime Re-charge Workshop with Sam Tackeff '08

Please join us for 90 minutes of Spring re-charge! 

Use this time to set intentions and start the new season fresh. This is an interactive workshop includes some practical productivity and systems tips to help you live with more ease, identify personal values and priorities for your time, create a “No” list, and find more Joy in the every day. 

What to expect? There will be a very short power point that includes cute animals, some simple exercises we’ll do together. Come to Zoom with a notebook and your favorite pen. 

This interactive session will be facilitated by Sam Tackeff ’08. She leads *Do The Thing: weekly accountability co-working sessions, and online courses for women and entrepreneurs, including Systems for Productivity and Secrets of Self Care.
