Reunion Volunteers Wanted For
Reunion Chair and Record Book Chair

The CE/DS Class Officers are seeking volunteers for one or two Reunion Chairs and a Record Book Chair (since our 50th was Virtual) for our 55th Reunion in May of 2026. These volunteers will communicate with the Alumnae Association as they plan Reunion activities.  You will be the personal link between our class and this unforgettable weekend.  
2026 Reunion will take place May 22 thru 24, 2026.

Reunion Chair/Co-Chair Duties

Reunion Chairs serve as the primary point of contact with the WCAA throughout the Reunion planning season. Primary responsibilities include: Please fill out THIS FORM to Volunteer!  Thank you. 

 

• Keeping your class officers informed of plans, including potential expenses to the class treasury. 
• Planning your class program and submitting details to the WCAA by January 15th, 2026. 
• Selecting, ordering, and overseeing the distribution of your class’s insignia.
• Planning, sourcing, set-up, and take-down of any decor desired for your class headquarters and/or Saturday dinner (for more on Saturday dinner decor, see Meals)

 

Record Book Chair 

 

The WCAA recommends focusing Record Book efforts to commemorate 50th Reunion celebrations, but all interested classes are welcome to make record books.  If the class is opting to create a record book, you'll need to appoint a Record Book Chair (and potentially a committee, depending on how the Record Book Chair would like to structure the project). Since our 50th Reunion was virtual it would be great to do this for our 55th Reunion.  

 

Record Books are time and labor-intensive projects that the WCAA cannot assist with, other than ensuring that any personal information posted in online Record Books is properly protected.

The WCAA has created a comprehensive Record Book Chair Handbook for classes seeking to take on this independent project.
