Only CWC alumnae and guests - Join your fellow CWC alumnae on Saturday, May 15th from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Central time for the CWC Annual Meeting featuring Professor David Lindauer and Professor Akila Weerapana. We will recap the year and engage in a conversation with Professor David Lindauer and Professor Akila Weerapana. Professors Lindauer and Weerapana look forward to speaking with the CWC about the economic challenges of our times. They will answer questions about falling national income, high unemployment, immigration, international trade, inequality, climate change and other current economic issues.
Only CWC alumnae - Join your fellow CWC alumnae on Sunday, May 23 from 3-5pm Central time for an open forum and conversation about the CWC and Race. As the first Wellesley alumnae club to participate in anti-racism training sessions, we are proud of what we have learned and accomplished in partnership with WRJI. We recognize, however, that anti-racist work is an ongoing conversation and that the CWC is a work-in-progress. We have scheduled this open forum to provide an opportunity for board members to share our experiences with the WRJI trainings with Club members and answer questions.
Join us to discuss our June book, Apeirogon.
