April’s Supper Club
Join us for another virtual Supper Club where the theme will be “Spring is Here!” As the season starts to turn, let’s celebrate spring with some seasonal dishes! As my friend Google says, “April is all about spring vegetables—asparagus and artichokes are at their peak, snap peas begin to make an appearance... Spring garlic, spring onions, leeks and fennel are thriving, as are the first spring radishes.” So bring a dish inspired by spring, and we can talk about what we’re most looking forward to as we start to shake off winter!
