Around Town: Flat Iron Arts Building and Mindy's Hot Chocolate

Location: Flat Iron Arts Building, 1557 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, IL (Just a few steps from the Damen Blue Line stop).
The first Friday of every month, the historic Flat Iron Arts Building opens its studios from 6pm -10pm, allowing visitors to explore two floors of art displayed in over three dozen resident artists' studios and living spaces. We'll meet at the Flat Iron Arts Building at 6pm, and after we've finished walking around and checking out the art, we'll head to Mindy's Hot Chocolate for some amazing hot chocolate/desserts!
