On Sunday afternoon, October 19, 2014, at the conclusion of Alumnae Leadership Council, Jeanne Lindholm Palleiko, Linda Almgren Kime, Susan Forbes Martin, and Gigi Barnhill hosted an afternoon gathering at TZE on the campus.

With us were Barbara Bywater Creed, class president, Tabor Williams Butler, reunion co-chair, and Wellesley Fund representative Barbara Elden Scavullo. It was a delight to reconnect with classmates, some of whom had come some distance as a group of our classmates gather in the fall from places near and far. We each spoke briefly about our current lives, highlighting recent and future retirements, grandchildren, travel plans, and other activities, including basketball! We also considered the article in the New York Times Magazine on transgender men at the College. President Kim Bottomly had addressed the article to alumnae attending the Leadership Council. By now you have all read her comments. Barbara Creed spoke about meetings of the class officers; Tabor spoke about our fiftieth reunion in 2016; and Marjorie Siegel Greenberg spoke about plans for the class dinner. We will be housed in Tower Court! We agreed this was a fun gathering and we look forward to another event in the spring or next fall.
