Once again Barbara Bywater Creed gave a thought-provoking presentation on the Supreme Court. But this time, she addressed the entire college community. The WCAA chose her as the first Zoom speaker in the new program BlueSpeak, the register of alums who can speak to alumnae groups on topics in which they have expertise.

 

This talk covered more ground than previously, pointing out themes in recent decisions and surprise agreements among disparate justices as well as discussing some up-coming cases.
