Virtual Mini-Reunion #17- Libbet Dunlop Richter - February 16, 2021

During this session, Libbet talks about "Learning to Write."  She is currently writing feature stories for the online Classic Chicago Magazine, where she’s profiled Ida B. Wells’ great granddaughter Michelle Duster,  Watergate lawyer Jill Wine Banks, Black Chicago artist Joyce Owens and tackled such challenging topics as cleaning out her kitchen cupboards during Covid and finding nature in Chicago. She has the luxury of writing about what interests her. At the same time, she’s working on her thesis for her Master of Liberal Arts degree at the University of Chicago, focusing on the impact of Covid on Chicago area farmers.

You can listen to Libbet's talk here and download her slides here.
