A Note from Nancy-Ann Card Feren

Our younger son and his family have kept us traveling in the past year. They relocated to Panama where David teaches English and his wife Kristen is an assistant principal at the International School of Panama. Their two youngest children just finished fifth and 8th grades at the same school. So, we planned a Viking cruise with stops in Cozumel, Belize (where we observed an annular solar eclipse at Mayan ruins), Honduras, Costa Rica, through the Panama Canal and ending in Panama City where we spent a few days with our family.  We saw the total solar eclipse back home in New Hampshire. Our oldest granddaughter just finished her first year at Exeter College, Oxford University. That offered an opportunity for another trip. We spent two weeks in the UK, time with Hannah at Oxford and with my penpal of 66 years in a village an hour from London, with travel to other places in between. We are planning two camping trips for later in the summer.
