Camino de Santiago with Tonya Drayden

The Camino de Santiago, also known as the Way of St. James, is an ancient pilgrimage. It is one of “three great pilgrimages” of medieval Christianity. Approximately 300,000 pilgrims walk, run, or ride along the Camino each year.

Tonya Drayden walked the Camino de Santiago in April of 2019, and again in 2023. During her presentation, she shared how she prepared physically and mentally for both journeys. She shared experiences and life-long lessons learned while walking the Camino de Santiago.

You can view her presentation below her brief biography.
