She will lead an evidenced-based routine designed to help us become more active and increase strength and stability while aging, not that any of us are aging of course. |

The workout is especially geared to those of us who have not been as active as we want to be. If you are already in shape, please join us anyway for some '77 hilarity, and challenge yourself by doing everything double time or double the exertion. If you are a newcomer to Sweat with Paulette, all you need for the session is room to move, a stable chair (no wheels), two cans of soup (or beans, etc.) to use as light weights, and comfortable clothes and shoes.
