Meet Your Class Officers
Second of a Series

Leslie Wolf-Creutzfeldt
Class Co-Vice President

I grew up in Washington, D.C. and am one of four sisters.  I currently wear two professional hats: I work for New York State dealing with domestic violence and prevention programs; plus I run the China-US Women's Foundation with the help of two Wellesley classmates, Lisa Faith Phillips and Dana Robbins.  Our summer internship program includes students from Wellesley so that's a great ongoing collaboration with the college.

Do you have any odd hobbies or talents?  One of my talents is the ability to bring people from different backgrounds together.  This 'event planning gene' probably stems from my childhood where we would gather all the grandparents and far flung relatives for Sunday get togethers which were fun and therapeutic.  I've used the skill professionally in public relations and look forward to helping with the 50th reunion.

What’s something about you that classmates would be surprised to learn? My daughter, Hannah Creutzfeldt, went to Wellesley and graduated in 2017.  We went to her graduation last May 2023 from UCLA in public health.  I am grateful that Wellesley has played a role in our family throughout decades. What 3 words would you use to describe yourself? Curious, neurotic, resilient.

Where was your favorite spot on campus? Lake Waban, of course. My freshman year roommate, Judy Morrison, a champion diver, did amazing flips into the lake on our first evening at the college so that has always been a special gorgeous location for me.

What are you most looking forward to at our 50th reunion? Wellesley Reunions are for me the "ultimate spa experience" including relaxing on a gorgeous campus, wining and dining, exercise and dancing, and reconnecting with friends and classmates. I hope many '78ers will join us if they can... and carpe diem!
