TAKE A WELLNESS CLASS: Start the new year by taking care of yourself. Throughout January the Alumnae Association is offering complimentary fitness classes for the alumnae community from January 10 - 29. Each virtual 45-minute class will be led by instructors from Wellesley’s Department of Physical Education, Recreation, and Athletics, and choices include:
- Meditation and Mindful Movement
- Slow Flow Yoga
- Full Body Fitness
- All Level Yoga
