WCF Election Night Events in Paris and Aix!
Many of you have asked about Election Night events and spending the evening cheering on a certain Wellesley sister from the class of '69 as she hopefully makes history! Here are two terrific events in Aix and Paris...
AIX: Heather Etchevers '92 has kindly invited any Wellesley alumnae or Wellesley-in-Aix students to a beer and pizza party at her home in Bouc-Bel-Air near Aix-en-Provence on November 8th. She will also be streaming live election results and hopefully the gathering on campus at Alumnae Hall!

PARIS: Come join the WCF starting at midnight to watch the results of the presidential election. The soirée will be held in conjunction with Overseas Republicans, AARO, AAWE, FAF, and AmCham at the Maison de la Radio France. Big Screen TVS! CNN live! Food! Drink! Entertainment! This is THE place to be on election night!
ATTENTION : to be guaranteed a place, you MUST RSVP by October 26 at midnight, via the button below.
Now, we'll be there starting at midnight, but Radio France is hosting lots of other great activitiies starting at 6. These include live on-air in-studio debates and discussions, film screenings, musical interludes, and more throughout the evening. If you want to attend any of these events, then you may RSVP directly to them, starting on October 27, by clicking HERE.
Starting at midnight, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Americans of every affiliation, and our French friends will be present to watch the unfolding of the results (the first of which will come at about 2am). There will be good food and good drink available for purchase throughout the night, and plenty of space to mix and mingle.
