Wellesley Club UK warmly invite you to this year's Thanksgiving potluck gathering. This is an annual tradition and we hope you'll be able to join us for an afternoon of good food, good conversation, and an opportunity to give thanks for the education and institution that connects us all. 

The event will happen on Saturday, November 18th, 2023, starting at 1pm. Thanks to alumna Karen Rock-Monnick ('80), we are returning to the Embassy Gardens Beckett Lounge for our Thanksgiving meal. Upon arriving to Embassy Gardens ask at reception at Ambassador Building (which houses the Waitrose) for the lounge. You can register here. 

Alums, please consider bringing Thanksgiving menu items such as vegetable side dishes, cranberry sauce, salads, pies, or anything your heart desires! We are also particularly looking for anyone who can contribute a turkey. (Students, please just bring yourselves!)

We would be grateful if you could let us know about your own food preferences and any allergies, etc., so we can ensure we have the right combination of food on the day. Please fill out the form when registering to help with this, and also to let us know if you would like to contribute food for the meal.

We welcome assistance for event preparation. We are asking for 4-6 volunteers to help set up the dining and seating area, manage the kitchen during food serving, and clean up after the meal. The more helpful hands, the faster we can enjoy our meal! If you are available to help before, during, or after the event, please let us know on the registration form.
