All SoCal first-years of the Class of 2022, along with their parents, are invited to join a summer garden party hosted by the Wellesley Club of Los Angeles on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 2:30-4:30pm.  Alumnae are welcome to join and share their Wellesley experiences. Kyle Neal '83 has generously invited us to meet in her home.

Refreshments and hors d'ouevres.

Parking: Street parking in the neighborhood (no permit needed until 7 pm).  Metered parking on Santa Monica Boulevard within a 5-minute walk. Additionally, there is a fairly large parking lot at Plummer Park, on Santa Monica Blvd. at Martel, with three-hour parking; it is a 5-7 minute walk.

Please reserve tickets below; rsvp by August 16, 2018.

Please register so that we can plan for the guest count. Event is free for our guests: Wellesley first-year students and their parents, young alums and Wellesley Club members. For non-members of the Wellesley Club, registration cost is $5.

~~~~~~~~~~~
For many students, the Wellesley experience begins not during orientation, but when they attend a Summer Send-Off party hosted by an alumnae club. These events give incoming students and their parents the chance to learn more about the College and to receive a warm welcome into the Wellesley family.
The Summer Send-Off is a fun way for alumnae to connect with students and also a chance for incoming first-years to meet each other before they get to campus, so when they do arrive at Wellesley they will already know a friendly face or two from home.
