Brazilian-born Swedish American Julie Lindahl '88 discovered that her grandfather was in the Nazi SS and relates a journey in which she grapples with how and why her grandparents made their choices and the consequences across generations

Julie Lindahl '88 is the author of, "The Pendulum: A Granddaughter's Search for Her Family's Forbidden Nazi Past" and Leslie Gilbert-Lurie is the daughter of a Holocaust survivor, author and human rights activist. 

Our WCLA volunteers will serve a fall potluck to the residents and staff of Harvest Home, an organization that provides housing, support and programming for pregnant women who are experiencing homelessness.

Wellesley In Entertainment, a subgroup of the WCLA, was formed in the spring of 2016 to promote a sense of solidarity among Wellesley alums working in film, television, media, and the arts.

Kwan Kew Lai will share with us about her time volunteering during the greatest Ebola outbreak in history when she spent three months caring for Ebola patients in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

Cheer on this year's LA Pride parade with fellow alums. A Wellesley sibling's sister has generously offered her apartment as a meeting place (and free bathroom) for the parade.
