Please join us for the virtual NY Wellesley Club Holiday Party 2021 on Thursday, December 9, 2021, from 6 o’clock to 8 o’clock.
After such a great turnout and good time last year we’re excited to do it again and see old and new friends.
We’ll start with some special holiday cheer and mix up our cocktail and mocktail recipes. See our special holiday cocktail and mocktail recipes below created for us by Shyaan Hasnain, which you might enjoy making at home for the party.
For our entertainment, the Wellesley Widows and Tupelos will perform festive songs throughout the party.
We’ll have a breakout, so we chat in smaller groups. The party will end with a raffle to kick off a festive season. See some of our exciting raffle items below.

Fireside Cocktail Recipe (Thank you Shyaan Hasnain for these delicious recipes!)
Ingredients:
4 oz Vodka
1 oz maple syrup
5 oz pink grapefruit juice
2 sprig rosemary
1 pinch of salt
In the bottom of the glass crush 1 sprig of rosemary (just the leaves), add the maple syrup and pinch of salt.
Fill the glass with ice and add the vodka. Top with pink grapefruit juice and stir well. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Butterbeer Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cream soda
1/2 cup butterscotch syrup
1/2 tablespoon butter
heavy cream (optional)
1 cup vanilla ice cream (if opting for frozen)
Let butter sit out until softened. Pour the butterscotch syrup into a bowl, add butter and combine. Pour cold cream soda, mix ingredients and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream (takes a minute by hand). Pour cream soda and butterscotch mixture into a clear glass or mug, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch.
Option for Frozen:
Instead of butter, use vanilla ice cream. Mix all the ingredients into a blender (except the whipped cream).
Blend for 30 seconds to a minute. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch.
