Thank you for your interest in joining the Wellesley Club of Northern California! If you are not already a member, we hope you will become one.

The Wellesley Club of Northern California creates many events meant to appeal to all of our members: the Faculty Speaker who visits every year, the Holiday Tea in December, and the August send-off party for new students, among others. There are also events that attract smaller constituencies: lunch and wine tasting at a vineyard, hikes, meetings of professional groups, and more. Our primary goal in hosting these activities is to help you maintain an ongoing connection to Wellesley and to other alumnae.

Membership dues help support the cost of events that build a stronger community among alumnae in Northern California. Help us support our community by paying dues. Please click here to pay online.

Did you know?

  • The Wellesley Club of Northern California is the fourth largest alumnae club in the Wellesley College Club network (after Boston, New York, and Washington, DC), with nearly 1300 active alumnae in our geographic region.

  • At present, dues are the Club's only source of revenue. Dues help fund activities such as faculty speaker events, career development workshops, volunteer days, and the always popular Holiday Tea. Dues also support our outreach to future students through college recruitment events and the Book Award program.

  • In recent years, the Club has been spending more to fund its basic activities than it has collected in dues and donations. The Club's other major expenses include refreshments for our various events, and investing in training our volunteer board members at Alumnae Leadership Conference in the fall.
