In this sequel to bestseller Tender at the Bone, Ruth Reichl returns with more tales of love, life, and marvelous meals. Comfort Me with Apples follows Reichl's story when left her life as a chef to become a restaurante critic in 1978. Through it all, she shares stories of her experience traveling around the world to try various cuisines and sharing some of her favorite recipes.
