Registration opens on March 11 for the classes of 1946-1976. Registration for the classes of 1981-2021 opens March 18. There is no walk-in registration. Please make sure your contact information is correct with the College so you receive all communications about Reunion.

Reunion registration closes on May 1. Late registrations may be collected on a case-by-case basis, pending available space, but will include a $100 late registration fee. 

The total cost depends on how many days you plan to attend and if you will be staying in on-campus housing.

Registration fees are priced per day and include meals.

Friday: $175
Saturday: $275
Sunday: Free

Prices above do not include housing.

On-Campus Housing Fee: There will be a fee of $200 for two nights (Friday and Saturday) per bed. The fee helps cover housekeeping, utilities, linens, towels, and breakfast both mornings. We are not able to prorate the housing fee for only one night.

The class of 2021 alums will receive a special 5th Reunion discounted rate of $100 for two nights (the guest housing price will remain $200 for two nights).

Insignia: Optional Insignia is selected and priced by your class Reunion committee.

Guest pricing is the same as alum pricing (see below) with the exception of children 17 and under.

In previous Reunion years, operational costs were bundled into a separate required registration fee that applied to all attendees, regardless of the number of days a registrant opted to attend. This year, this fee has been incorporated into individual days, weighted for their respective amount of offerings.

Beyond food and activities, Reunion costs are reflective of the comprehensive fees that cover many aspects of Reunion:

• Tent, table, linen, chair, lighting, and electrical rentals
• Safety personnel including EMTs, ambulances, and parking staff
• On-campus transportation, golf cart rentals
• Our incredible staff of facilities and maintenance teams, and 100+ student workers
• Numerous other services that benefit attendees and help make Reunion possible. 
   

Yes. The Alumnae Association has created a dedicated Access Fund to assist alums with the cost of attending events. All requests will be kept confidential; class organizers will not be informed of who has received aid. Information on requesting financial aid will be shared with reuning alums later this winter. Financial aid requests should be made before registering for Reunion online.

Early bird registration for Reunion is no longer offered. However, we encourage you to register as soon as possible to reserve your spot!

Anytime after May 8, 2026 - Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Health-related exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but will a include a 25% cancellation fee*

Hotel reservations must be canceled directly with the hotel. Take care to carefully review the hotel’s cancellation policy prior to booking.

*Class insignia is non-refundable.

Breakfast is included for those staying on campus only.

The WCAA does our best to accommodate as many dietary restrictions as possible. Please bear in mind that meals are provided by outside caterers, and while we do our best to communicate with caterers to ensure the safety of our alums and guests, we cannot guarantee that all meals will be 100% allergen free. We are able to accommodate the following allergies and diets:

• Gluten free
• Dairy free
• Peanut free
• Tree nut free
• Vegan
• Vegetarian
• For those requiring kosher or halal meals, please select the vegetarian option. You can also let us know if fish is acceptable (no shellfish is served during Reunion). Please note that halal meat is unavailable. All lunches & dinners are catered and vegetarian meals cannot be cooked separately or in dedicated pots and pans. However, Stone-Davis dining hall, our fully vegetarian facility, will be open for breakfast ONLY on Saturday and Sunday.

When registering, please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have. Your needs will be applied to all meals for which you have registered. We will follow up if additional details are required.

As part of the online registration, there is a designated space to note your accessibility needs. Please note your needs there, and we will follow up if additional details are required. 

If you will require assistance in the residence halls or on campus, we strongly suggest registering a companion to support you during the weekend, as WCAA staff and student workers are not trained or permitted to provide nursing support or personal care.

Please note there is an ACCESS van available during the weekend.

Please note, the WCAA is unable to assist with coordinating device rentals. Attendees must work directly with Byrne on all logistics related to mobility device rental requests, including delivery/pickup.
 

Parking is available in multiple lots around campus. There will be security attendants to guide you to available parking. There are handicap spots available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note: On Sunday, College Road and subsequently the Davis Parking Garage/most other lots will be closed during the parade from 10AM-12PM. If attendees plan on leaving campus during this time, they should park in the Distribution Center Lot, off of Route 135 on the west side of campus, past the Keohane Sports Center. 
 

Campus shuttles will be running throughout the weekend. A map of bus stops will be available closer to the event.

There is also an ACCESS van available.

Reunion officially starts on Friday at 1 p.m. Reunion ends on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. sharp when residence halls and buildings will be closed to alums and guests.

The Reunion date is set as part of the College's academic calendar, which is approved each spring for the following year. When the date is confirmed, we post it on the WCAA website for reference. Since 2023, both Commencement and Reunion have been scheduled in May to allow for critical renovations that can only be completed in the summer months. As campus renewal projects continue, we anticipate that Reunion will continue to be held on Memorial Day weekend for the foreseeable future.

The bookstore will have open hours throughout Reunion weekend.

The Alumnae Parade is a highlight of Reunion weekend. On Sunday morning, alums dressed in white—and their class “insignia” item (sunglasses, hats, etc., that add a dash of class color)—line up with their class on College Road to join in a parade to Alumnae Hall. The youngest reuning class will lead the parade followed by the oldest alums in antique cars/trolley.

Casual attire is acceptable throughout the weekend, unless your class has notified you otherwise. The WCAA offers a campus shuttle, but we always recommend bringing comfortable shoes for walking around our beautiful campus. And of course, bring your favorite white outfit for the memorable Alumnae Parade on Sunday! Make sure to check the weather forecast and pack accordingly for our mercurial New England weather.

The dorms can be very hot or quite cold at night depending on the weather, so we recommend bringing layers. Please pack any toiletries or items necessary for your comfort. There is no air conditioning in the dorms.

Luggage storage is not available outside the official Reunion start and end times. There will be a luggage check station inside the Lulu Chow Wang ’66 Campus Center from the hours of 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. E.T on Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m. E.T. on Sunday. 

For children ages 3-13 we offer a children's program on Saturday afternoon from 12:30-4:00pm (no lunch, snacks provided) for $60 and an evening session from 5:30-11:00pm (pizza dinner included) for $75. Both sessions require registration, space is limited.

Lyfts and Ubers may pick up and drop off at various locations on campus using the College’s main address (106 Central St Wellesley, MA 02481).

*Please note, the Campus Shuttle is only available to students during the academic year. 

Due to the variations in travel plans/delays, we do not offer shuttles from airports, train, or bus stations. We recommend reaching out to classmates attending reunion to coordinate schedules and arrange ride shares to/from campus.

There will be shuttles running between the Babson Executive Conference Center and the College throughout the weekend. A schedule of bus times will be shared ahead of the event. Attendees staying at any other hotel locations should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from campus accordingly.

Classes will check in at their respective class headquarters. These locations will be announced in spring 2026. If your class is housed off-campus (1946, 1951, 1956, 1961) you may pick up your registration packet at your headquarters at Babson Executive Conference Center OR at the information desk at the Lulu Chow Wang ’66 Campus Center. Members of other classes who are staying off-campus should check in at their Class Headquarters. 

When you arrive at your class headquarters, you will be provided with a name tag and lanyard, a swipe card for campus access, a reusable Wellesley water bottle, and a reusable tote bag

There will be designated lactation/parent rooms available in the Science Center and Clapp Library during scheduled hours throughout the weekend. Refrigerators can also be found at class headquarter locations, as needed.

Reunion at Wellesley is an in-person experience. The Saturday College Update with President Johnson will be live-streamed and alums are encouraged to join that virtually. Details on how to join this event virtually will be shared later this spring.

The Sports Center will be open during select hours over Reunion weekend.
