W3A's Mission
The Wellesley Asian Alumnae Alliance (W3A) was founded on the need to further strengthen and build community among alumnae who identify as Asian/Asian-American. Given the strong cultural affinities that are created on campus, and the ongoing need for an extensive support structuve to lift up alumnae of Asian identity, the primary purpose of W3A is to continue the spirit of Non ministrari sed ministrare by facilitating community building and safe spaces, networking, mentoring, leadership, and career development opportunities for the Asian Alumnae community, and preserve communication channels between Asian Alumnae and current and prospective students.
