Wellness with Wellesley
Make time for yourself during January to keep calm and strong in the year ahead. We are excited to offer 12 free virtual fitness classes just for alums.
After the incredible alum participation in Walktober, the walking challenge sponsored by Wellesley Friends of Athletics and Physical Education Recreation and Athletics (PERA) in the fall of 2020, we could see how much our community valued being on the move together. Staying connected with a focus on staying well is our inspiration to start off 2021.
Throughout this month the Alumnae Association is offering a variety of complimentary classes led by instructors from Wellesley’s Department of Physical Education, Recreation, and Athletics.
