Come join other Wellesley-in-Westchester members to hear from Ellen Theg “77, a Gestalt therapist, who will share insights on coping with loss or a life transition and lead us through exercises to help us manage better.
Loss in life is inevitable and takes many forms that we all can identify with – loss of a job, a home, social status, a loved one, or even becoming an empty nester. The topic is as broad as the human condition. We will share experiences of moving through a loss and learn Ellen’s techniques for dealing with intrusive memories that may accompany a transition or loss.
This free and fully accessible event will be a valuable learning experience and a meaningful way to spend a few hours with other Wellesley women. Guests are welcome!
Please RSVP by October 30th to Linda Ury Greenberg '76 at linda.ury.greenberg99@gmail.com
Hope to see you there!
Date: Sunday, November 4th
