The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra is Israel's premier cultural ambassador, and the digital age has revolutionized the possibilities for outreach and engagement well beyond the concert hall. Jennifer Ritvo Hughes ('06), CEO of the American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic (IPO), will discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the IPO as they engage with American audiences in 2024 and beyond.

About Jennifer:
Jennifer Ritvo Hughes, class of 2006, is the CEO of the American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic. Hughes was previously Executive Director of the six-time GRAMMY nominated Boston Baroque, and Cantata Singers.
Hughes graduated with a B.A. in music from Wellesley College, and earned a master’s degree in musicology from Brandeis University. A native of Newton, she lives in the town of Needham with her husband, who works as an attorney for UMass Memorial Health Care, and two daughters.
