Shabbat Across the Miles

Wellesley Shabbat Across the Miles is an event where alumnae around the world get together on the same day (or close to the same day) to create connections among Jewish alums and help strengthen ties among alums that live near each other.  Some host a meal, a potluck, a baking party, a tea, a holiday activity, or even a speaker or discussion event. WJA organizes SAM about four times a year, usually around holidays. We look for alumnae in each city to volunteer to host, and help spread the word to alumnae in your city, share photos and stories with alumnae around the globe afterwards.
