The purpose of WLAN is to strengthen the connection of alumnae of Latina/Hispanic descent to each other, to the College, and to current as well as prospective students. To support this vision, WLAN has the following three strategic priorities: (1) Admission/Recruitment—Increase the number of prospective and incoming Latina students, (2) College Connection –Partner with the College to optimize efforts, and (3) Alumnae Community – Increase the visibility of WLAN members and build a pipeline of leaders.
